I’m a bit surprised how genuinely indignant the Hollywood elite seem to be over Harvey Weinstein. In most cases it seems to be posthumous indignation about something they knew was going on for some time. I guess it didn’t become really reprehensible until it became public knowledge then it became truly disgusting. Must be quite an effort to become a pariah among people of very liberal ethics...I mean Roman Polanski raped a 13 year old and folks come to his defense. I’m not sure where the basis for outrage comes from, in the case of rape I guess even that goes beyond the pall but the game of quip pro quo has been a staple of Hollywood don’t tell me the casting couch is a myth. The game goes both ways if the actress is successful she’ll be in the position for a power play. I’ve heard this is very prevalent among young men models. I bet Trump loves this story…let them eat their own for a while.
